TownePlace Suites by Marriott Toronto Oakville

Our volleyball team stayed here this past weekend. Absolutely incredible service from the front desk Iman. She allowed us to watch the Blue Jays game and move the lobby furniture so many people could watch. She was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for the last 3 nights of our summer vacation. After having seen some bad reputation here on google, we didn't expect much. To be honest: its a really nice place. I do not know, how people could have such bad experiences. The staff (all of them) is really polite and helpful. The facilities are awesome: brand new laundry (credit card operated), dryers, a nice pool, an outside space including fireplace, 2 big new gas BBQ's, a mini shop with things for everyday needs and more. Our room was spacious, had a big kitchen and Dining area. And: it was absolutely Marriott standard. All things neat and clean. The mattresses in our room brand new. No signs of any insects at all. The hotel also provides a range of other amenities needed, also board games or rice cookers! At the checkout we were asked how we liked our stay and if all was fine. I travel a lot because of my job. I am NOT a bonvoy special member or whatsoever. But this hotel really gave our stay in our Canada summer vacation a perfect finish. I like to thank the team there once more for your efforts, friendliness and service. We will definitely come back whenever we come to beautiful Ontario again!

Overall a good hotel. The heater in my room wasn’t working well and required to be serviced twice. But staff didn’t hesitate to tend to it as well as provide a space heater. This was during the -15C weather.

The service staff here went out of their way to make us happy, they have a sheet in the rooms that says that if customer satisfaction is below 9/10 then they feel like they failed. I'm happy to say it was a 10. Rooms were clean and had the amenities we wanted. Breakfast was ok but I would have preferred to see some fresh fruit options. The granola made up for this though and I enjoyed all the fixings that I could add to my granola and yogurt. The pool was good but with no hot tub it was fun for a short period. Kids loved it tho so I guess I can't complain about it too much. The pool was pretty chlorinated though so everybody's eyes were pretty red the next day despite showering right after. Parking was no issue, hotel was conveniently located so it was a few mins drive from restaurants and grocers. Kinda sucked that there is no restaurant in the hotel but the kitchens in the room were well stocked with dishes and the staff had all kinds of kitchen appliances and accessories to borrow. One option was a Crock-Pot, pretty funny. Location to the go-train was good too. Only a 5 min drive to the station. If we stayed in Oakville again I would certainly look at this place for availability.

What a fantastic hotel and such wonderful staff. I have now stayed at this hotel several times. The front desk and management always go above and beyond. Thank you for hosting us!

Marriott Bonvoy member here, we really enjoyed our stay here. We loved it so much we tried other TowneSuites on our journey. Everything was clean. Staff was the best and the atmosphere was so beautiful all around. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Our family of 4 stayed for 9 days in June 2025. The staff were warm, professional, welcoming and always willing to help. Big shootout to Hitesh, Caterine, Estella and Maria! You guys were amazing!!

Just left today after staying 2 nights at this property. The service was fantastic. The front desk gentleman welcomed us, acknowledged my mom’s platinum and my gold status. We had 2 rooms and he provided a late 4 pm check out. Parts of the room and corridors/public areas are showing their age, and could use some refresh, but overall the place is clean, staff is friendly, and it is a comfortable room. Our room layout was a little odd. We had a balcony room which is great, but only one small couch in the living room area. Not enough seating. We had a separate bedroom as well- which provided some extra space. The complimentary hot breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were friendly and were bringing out fresh items frequently. It is just off the highway, which is convenient, however there is nothing in the immediate area. Everything from a convenience store to restaurants etc is a drive. Would consider staying here when in the area again.
